New Release, 2010 vintage.  Yes, it's back...

Winemaker Erik Bilka has created his second vintage of Influence Riesling.  This wine uses Finger Lakes grapes and is vinified at our own Premium Wine Group.

This wine has amazing bouquet of apricot pits, lime and peach.  On the palate mouth-watering flavors of peach and nectarine leave a long finish.  The wine is lightly off-dry and has very nice residual sugar-acid balance that makes the wine ideal as an apertif or dinner wine.
